Onions

Carrots

White rice, long-grain
4 1/2 cup
Canned Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
2. Saute onion and carrot until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. add rice, chicken broth, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cover and cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Serve.
