On The Grill
Our German sausage is great on the grill! Leave as a whole ring, cut into links, any way you want! Grill or smoke, it’s amazing! Serve as brats on hotdog buns, cut the links open before grilling so it lays flat and serve on hamburger buns for a sausage sandwich! Don’t forget the Grannie’s Mustard!
Creamy Potato Soup
Chicken broth, diced potatoes, celery, carrots, Buhler’s ground sausage, cream cheese, whipping cream, cheddar cheese. Or just replace whatever type of meat you use in potato soup with our ground sausage! You’ll be amazed at the flavor and never go back!
Chili
Substitute ground sausage for beef or add too for a different flavor!
Have an Instant Pot or Pressure cooker?
Our Smoked German Sausage is OUT OF THIS WORLD in the pressure cooker! Put a cup of water/broth in the bottom, use a steamer basket, layer link of sausage in the basket. On manual pressure, set to 10-11 minutes. After you release steam, open and add cut up potatoes, onion, sauerkraut and close back up. Set time to an additional 5 minutes and allow it to natural release. Serve and enjoy! Don’t forget the Grannie’s Mustard!
